Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for recruitment on contractual vacant posts of ANM on lump sum honorarium of ₹ 15,000/- per month for strengthening and successful operation of health facilities being provided to the public in Primary Health Centers/ Additional Primary Health Centers under National Child Health Program (RBSK), Urban Primary Health Centers under National Urban Health Program (NUHM) and all the health sub-centers of the state under National Health Mission (NHM). - Diploma (2 years full time) in Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) training course from a recognized ANM training institute.

How to apply:
- Applicants are advised to carefully enter all the information while filling the online application form and upload the documents carefully. Applicants themselves will be responsible for any kind of error in the online application form. No opportunity will be given to the applicants for rectification of errors and no application will be considered in this regard.
- While submitting the online application, it will be mandatory to upload the latest passport size colour photograph (jpg/jpeg/png format) and signature (jpg/jpeg/png format) in the indicated column. The photograph of the applicant/candidate should be taken recently (within three months), with clear open eyes on a white background. Photographs wearing dark glasses, cap etc. will not be valid. Five copies of the passport size colour photograph uploaded in the online application should be printed and kept safe with you. So that the candidate can present it at the time of certificate verification or thereafter when demanded by the State Health Committee, Bihar.
